At Chalk Active, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn and in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
